Visiting Year Applicants

Each year Smith College admits a limited number of visiting women students who wish to spend a semester or year at the college as nonmatriculating students. Though entering as nondegree candidates, visiting students may use their Smith coursework for credit at their own college or university.

As a visiting student, you will be enrolled in Smith courses, live in our residence halls and become involved in extracurricular activities. You may apply to transfer to Smith after one semester of a visiting program with approval from your home institution.
