Biography

Arthur Schiller Casimir has been a lecturer in the economics department at Smith since the spring of 2016. He teaches urban economics, and his research interests include fiscal policy, tax incentives and business investment, labor economics and human capital.

Casimir is a professor of economics at Western New England University, where he has been teaching since 1996.
